Interesting correlations

The Eclypsall module manufacturing project in Ontario Canada will be a quite interesting case for the RUV technology. Thanks to the Datalyzer process analysis software, the correlation between RUV crack detection and yield and quality performance can be monitored with great detail. This will help Eclypsall to tune the performance, based on a realistic feedback.

The Datalyzer software will show the effects of RUV on cell breakage, string repair, wasted modules and module efficiency and enable the operators to tune RUV accordingly. The incoming quality of the cells, with regard to instability, is protected by RUV in order to minimize the interfere in the lines performance.
