RUV 2.2 automatic
The RUV 2.2 automatic crack tester is a stand alone ultrasonic crack detection tool with automatic input and automatic sorting. This model is perfectly suitable for full inspection of incoming and outgoing wafers and cells. RUV 2.2 is used for reducing breakage rate and inproving product quality in wafer, cell and module production facilities. Also it is perfectly suitable for analysing equipment and process steps with regard to crack initiation.
The unit consists of a measurement unit (incl. ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic probe) and a computer controlled electronics unit, incl. PC with software for system operation, data acquisition and data processing. The system can be mounted on a trolley which enables the operator to move the crack tester to wherever needed. It is a plug and play device.
The RUV 2.2 can automatically fill up the stacks or magazines of stringer. This makes is a full inspection tool up to 1.200/hr for a single track solution. RUV allready designed multiple track units with a throughput of up to 5.000/hr.
